Jennie puts a lot of attention and disciplpine on posture, walking, leading and rythm, which form me now is the most imoportant thing to practice. There is no shortcuts if you want to be a good dancer and surly we are not taking any. Great course!

Tango lifts your spirits! I was so tired leaving the office yesterday but I was determined not to miss the class. I knew it would make me feel better, and it did! The practice is serious - we all want to improve, yet there is always some laughter. After the class, I walked back to the station with tango music playing in my head. The only problem is, I've been spotted at the office practising ochos in front of the photocopier!

What is musicality? What does it mean to maintain your axis? What is beautiful Tango and how does it feel do be truly dancing as one with your partner? I have been following Jenney for the last 16 months. She teaches exacting technique for Tango but is also fundamentally helping you develop your own way of dancing Tango. Listen to your partner, hear the music, enjoy the pauses, find the moments to create the contrast... There are no fixed sequences or routines, but instead, Jenney's way of teaching enable us to feel in our bones that Tango is a dance between two people, both with voices on the dance floor. Jenney's Tango is an inspiration in itself. A wonderful teacher.
